Return & Stewardship Remedy Policy

Guerrilla Grocers Private Membership Association

Our Covenant of Care

Guerrilla Grocers operates exclusively within the private domain, governed by mutual covenant among members of this Association. We do not participate in commercial transactions, public retail, or statutory commerce. All exchanges, offerings, and fulfillments are voluntary contributions among private members.

Our aim is to ensure faithful stewardship of every offering, in alignment with our commitment to health, righteousness, and transparency.

Member Exchanges & Contribution Remedies

Due to the nature of our offerings — which include time-sensitive, perishable, small-batch, or regenerative goods — all contributions are final upon fulfillment.

However, should there be any material concern related to quality or fulfillment error, we welcome a Member Review Request to ensure the integrity of our process and alignment with our mission.

You may request a remedy if:

• The offering received was not what was agreed upon in your contribution record

• A delivery was missing or physically compromised in a way that rendered it unusable

How to Request a Remedy

Submit a Member Remedy Request within 72 hours of receipt by emailing:

support@guerrillagrocers.com
Please include:

• Your full member name

• Description and date of the offering

• Supporting photo(s) if applicable

• Desired form of remedy (replacement, stewardship credit, etc.)

All remedy requests are reviewed in good faith by the Steward Team. Remedies may include:

• A restewardship of the original item (if available)

• An alternate offering of similar value

• A private credit balance for future exchanges

What Cannot Be Re-stewarded

We are unable to issue remedies for:

• Preferences in taste or expectation not based on defect

• Items mishandled or stored improperly by the member after delivery

• Any offering outside the 72-hour window

Private Domain Disclaimer

All offerings, communications, and fulfillment activities occur between private members and are protected under the authority of this Private Membership Association. This is not a public retail establishment, and all exchanges are by invitation only under voluntary covenant.

By entering into any exchange or interaction with Guerrilla Grocers, you affirm your understanding and agreement with the private nature of these offerings.
