Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

Guerrilla Grocers Private Membership Association

Purpose of Fulfillment

As part of our member-to-member stewardship exchanges, Guerrilla Grocers facilitates the delivery of regenerative goods, nourishment, and remedies to our members. These are private exchanges — not sales — and delivery is considered part of the voluntary offering process.

Fulfillment Timelines

Depending on the type of offering:

  • Perishable Local Goods (e.g., milk, produce): Delivered during scheduled member pickups or through approved driver members

  • Non-Perishable Offerings (e.g., dry goods, tools, guides): Fulfilled within 3–5 member business days from the time of confirmation

  • Special Drops & Group Buys: Follow custom timelines posted in the member portal or on the offering page

Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when:

  1. Your contribution is processed

  2. Your fulfillment is scheduled or in transit (if applicable)

Tracking numbers may be shared if your offering is mailed through a carrier. For local deliveries, a steward or member courier will coordinate directly with you.

Local Stewardship Zones

If you are part of a Local Guerrilla Grocers Outpost, pick-up coordination happens weekly and may be subject to seasonal availability or member courier schedules.

Delays or Changes

Because our offerings depend on natural cycles, farm partners, and small-batch producers, rare delays may occur. If so, we’ll notify you immediately and offer:

  • An adjusted fulfillment timeline

  • An alternate offering

  • A stewardship credit (if applicable)

Private Disclaimer

All deliveries and offerings are conducted within the private domain under covenantal agreement. Any third-party carrier (if used) is acting as a courier for the member, not the Association. The member assumes all responsibility for timely receipt and storage once fulfilled.
