Terms of Use & Private Membership Agreement

Guerrilla Grocers Private Membership Association

Private Membership Notice

Guerrilla Grocers is a faith-based, unincorporated Private Membership Association operating under the protections of the First and Fourteenth Amendments of the Constitution for the united States of America, as well as under Common Law and the right to private contract.

By entering this site, making a contribution, attending events, or engaging with any Guerrilla Grocers member offerings, you are affirming your voluntary participation as a private member.

You are not engaging in commerce. You are not a customer. You are not interacting with a public business. You are entering into a private covenantal relationship under spiritual, scriptural, and natural law.

Member-Only Access

All goods, resources, and exchanges are available only to registered members. Any interaction beyond public educational content requires:

  • A signed Member Application & Agreement

  • Agreement with our Code of Conduct and Covenant of Stewardship

  • Recognition of the non-commercial nature of this Association

Purpose of the Association

Guerrilla Grocers exists to:

  • Empower members with access to local, regenerative, and unadulterated nourishment

  • Promote biblical and holistic health education

  • Facilitate local sovereignty, preparedness, and family resilience

  • Serve as a lawful alternative to corporate food and health systems

All offerings and information are shared for educational, spiritual, and stewardship purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in this Association:

  • You waive all claims against the Association, its members, or stewards related to statutory regulation or commercial expectation

  • You acknowledge that any food, health, or spiritual guidance received is not evaluated by any public agency or authority

  • You accept full responsibility for your own health decisions and stewardship actions

No Public Agents or Commercial Interference

Any agent, officer, investigator, or employee of a corporate or statutory entity must immediately cease all interaction unless they:

  • Declare themselves and identify their agency in writing

  • Provide lawful evidence of jurisdiction over private domain affairs

  • Have obtained express written permission from the Association's trustees to proceed

Unauthorized access or misrepresentation shall be deemed trespass, fraud, and breach of private contract.

Amendment & Revocation

These Terms may be updated from time to time as the needs of the Association evolve. Members will be notified via internal communication of any changes that materially affect their covenant.

Membership may be revoked at any time for violation of our covenant, unlawful behavior, or dishonorable conduct as determined by the Leadership Council.
