Voluntary Contributions Only
All member offerings and contributions are voluntary exchanges, not purchases. By submitting your contribution, you are affirming:

You are a private member

You are offering voluntary support or requesting a specific stewardship item

You understand these are not sales or retail transactions
Can I Cancel My Contribution?
In general, contributions are considered final once submitted and confirmed, especially if they:

Reserve a perishable or limited-supply item

Trigger a group buy fulfillment

Are scheduled for pick-up or delivery
However, if your request has not yet been processed or fulfilled, you may request cancellation by contacting:
We will always honor good-faith requests that do not disrupt the stewardship of other members.
No Cancellations After Fulfillment
Once your contribution has been prepared, fulfilled, or passed to a steward or courier, it cannot be reversed. This ensures the integrity of our small-batch, regenerative operations and protects our producers and members from loss.
What Happens If I Cancel?

If the cancellation is approved in time, you may receive a private credit for use on future offerings

No direct “refunds” will be issued, as no sale or commercial transaction has taken place
